Job description
Role Overview
WorkGenius Group is seeking a Product Designer for a tech assignment in Cupertino, CA. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Shape end-to-end user experiences for developer tools, technical platforms, and enterprise-level workflows, from early concepting to final delivery.
- Collaborate with design leadership, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define needs and align on design direction.
- Produce detailed wireframes, polished mockups, interactive prototypes, and handoff-ready documentation for engineering teams.
- Study user needs and product goals to craft solutions centered on usability and the end user.
- Convert intricate technical processes into clear, intuitive product journeys.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Media Arts, HCI, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or UI design within technical settings.
- Background in designing sophisticated workflows or products used by developers.
- A strong portfolio that shows both user-focused thinking and strong visual design skills.
- Comfort using design software such as Figma or Sketch.
