Job description

Role overview

Cint is looking for an accomplished Product Designer with strong SaaS product experience to help evolve the customer experience across its product suite. The role calls for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking, works well across functions, and can consistently produce polished, timely design outputs.

What you will do

  • Advocate for excellent user experiences across Cint’s products while balancing customer needs, business goals, and market context.
  • Use user interviews and usability testing to uncover unmet needs, generate insights, and inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, stakeholders, and partners to develop strategic design approaches.
  • Produce detailed design assets such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Simplify complex systems into clear interface concepts and present ideas through strong narrative and rapid prototyping.
  • Test solutions with customers to confirm usability and product fit.
  • Record design rationale, research findings, and recommendations, then communicate them clearly to product teams and leadership.
  • Contribute to the shared design system to support consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Work closely with designers, researchers, writers, brand and business strategists, product and engineering leaders, and software developers.
  • Partner with engineering teams to turn user-centered concepts into shipped product experiences.

What you should bring

You should bring a genuine enthusiasm for design, a commitment to visual quality, and an interest in creating exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate thinks both strategically and conceptually, understands that design is about more than surface appearance, and can solve challenging user problems through elegant interfaces. You’ll need solid experience working across desktop, mobile, and native app experiences, along with an understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Confidence in presenting work, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset are also essential. Familiarity with the latest product design trends and technologies, plus the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, is important.

Experience and tools

  • At least 3 years of experience in product design or UX design, ideally on complex technical SaaS products with a B2B focus.
  • Strong command of modern design and collaboration tools, especially Figma; experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to or working within design systems or component libraries.
  • Prior experience working closely with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative setting.
