About the Role
This position is for an experienced Product Designer who can shape the structure and visual quality of complex AI-powered software products. The role has a direct influence on product direction and the success of the company’s product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Own the full design process from discovery through research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Explore emerging AI design tools such as Lovable and v0 to help redefine the role of product design within modern product teams.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user needs into polished, effective product experiences.
- Create refined software experiences for enterprise and government users, with attention to ease of use, scalability, and strong visual quality.
- Contribute to building and improving design systems and standards so products stay consistent, efficient, and high quality.
- Continuously advocate for users by using feedback, research, and data to improve product experience over time.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in software product design, backed by a portfolio showing strong work on complex enterprise products.
- Demonstrated ability to design attractive, workflow-focused products that improve productivity.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with familiarity with prototyping tools like Rive and Framer.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility practices.
- Experience working in fast-moving, agile, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design choices and reasoning.
- Experience with AI-based or data-heavy products is a strong advantage.
