About the Design Team

The design team works from Bangkok and brings together product designers who build practical and innovative experiences. Designers partner closely with product managers and engineers to understand customer problems and shape workflows, interactions, and visual design. The team is hands-on, collaborative, and able to influence product direction and strategy.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will help create travel products that work well for users across different regions, behaviors, and expectations. The role calls for thoughtful, accessible, and easy-to-use design that balances user needs, data insights, and business goals. You will contribute to improving the customer experience across the platform team and the wider business.

What You Will Do

• Lead discovery work and support the definition of product needs.
• Validate ideas and prototypes with users, then use the feedback to improve solutions.
• Share your work with teammates and leaders in both live and asynchronous formats.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands sessions, and squad meetings.
• Document your process and clearly explain the reasoning behind your design choices.
• Promote consistency and alignment across UX patterns as the product family grows.
• Help guide experiences that sit at the intersection of design, business, content, and technology.

What the Role Requires

• At least 3 years of experience in product design, backed by a strong portfolio showing user-centered work.
• Experience helping teams through discovery and ideation workshops while building alignment around a shared direction.
• A proven ability to design detailed flows and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Comfort thinking beyond screens and pages, and designing at a system level.
• Strong collaboration skills, including listening, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a fast-moving environment.
