Role overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-focused Product Designer / Graphic Designer who can shape engaging digital experiences and deliver strong visual communication for product, branding, and marketing needs. The role turns user requirements and business goals into thoughtful design work that improves usability, reinforces brand identity, and boosts user engagement.
What you will do
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing colleagues to understand design needs and create user-first solutions.
- Build user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs for digital products.
- Design web and mobile interfaces, brand collateral, marketing creatives, presentations, illustrations, and icons.
- Help shape and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products and brand touchpoints.
- Carry out design research, review user feedback, assess usability, and refine concepts based on findings.
- Spot opportunities to improve product strategy, user flows, accessibility, and overall experience quality.
- Keep design files, specifications, and handoff materials organized and ready for production.
- Support launches by preparing assets and coordinating design deliverables with relevant teams.
- Stay up to date with modern design approaches, tools, and industry best practices.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or a similar field.
- Professional certification in UX/UI Design, Product Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related area is a plus.
- Good understanding of user-centered design, typography, color, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or comparable design tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, design systems, and accessibility practices.
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, and interaction design methods is beneficial.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with frontend developers is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling several design tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptable mindset, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
