Role overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Product Designer / Graphic Designer who can craft attractive visuals and intuitive digital experiences that help achieve business goals and reinforce brand identity. This position blends product thinking, UX awareness, and graphic design skills to deliver effective work across digital product and marketing channels.

What you will do

You will design user interfaces, brand assets, marketing collateral, and digital content that are both visually strong and practical to use. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate project needs and ideas into design solutions that support the overall visual direction and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, UI layouts, presentations, promotional assets, social media creatives, and other visual materials.
  • Contribute to the full design cycle, from early concept exploration through final handoff and delivery.
  • Ensure design output is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Take part in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts to improve quality and consistency.
  • Help uphold design standards that strengthen usability and brand cohesion.
  • Support product development efforts where needed, including user research, design systems, and production-ready asset preparation.
  • Keep up with emerging design methods, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles and be comfortable turning business needs and creative ideas into polished design solutions. A solid portfolio and strong communication skills are important for success in this role.

  • Good grasp of graphic design, visual communication, and user-centered design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, interface designs, and visual concepts.
  • Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of UX and UI best practices.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into workable design outputs.
  • Strong portfolio showing product design, graphic design, or digital design work.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a flexible mindset.
  • Awareness of responsive design and digital product workflows.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and usability considerations.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working to deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Collaborative, interpersonal, and team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design trends.
  • Professional, proactive, and outcome-driven attitude.
