About the Role

The Product team is responsible for shaping the user experiences behind Revolut’s products. It works across Design, Engineering, and Data to turn complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions that customers value. This role is for a Product Designer who can own the design journey from early discovery through to final delivery, always keeping user needs at the center.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other partners to understand customers and define their needs.
• Setting the key success measures for initiatives and taking responsibility for helping deliver them.
• Conducting research and sharing insights that support difficult business goals such as entering new markets and launching new capabilities.
• Creating clear, elegant product experiences, including wireframes, full end-to-end flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Running guerrilla research sessions and customer testing workshops.
• Putting forward technical design solutions and explaining them during design critiques.
• Assessing release outcomes, identifying lessons learned, and improving future performance.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience designing high-quality commercial applications in an in-house environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates relevant product design work.
• Strong design capability across iOS, Android, and web products.
• The ability to think strategically about products and clearly explain design choices.
• Good awareness of technical constraints and how they affect design decisions.
• Ownership mindset when managing the design process.
• Strong UX thinking and an understanding of human behavior.
• A polished visual design sensibility.
• Solid skills in typography and grid systems.
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and working through challenging work.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or another related technical discipline.
• Programming experience and the ability to build simple prototypes.
• Experience creating and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
• Background in a fast-moving startup environment.
