Role overview
This role is for a technically strong, delivery-oriented Product Delivery Lead who can connect the final stage of sales with the beginning of customer success. You will own the onboarding journey for new enterprise clients, making sure their rollout into the SaaS platform is smooth even when their data structures and requirements are highly specialized and complex.
In this position, you will act as the person who converts a signed agreement into live, AI-powered outcomes. The job calls for a solid grasp of the product suite, practical knowledge of data ingestion methods, and experience with ontology mapping so that onboarding happens with as little friction as possible. A key objective is to shorten customer time-to-value so they can start using the company’s Agentic AI tools and sustainability solutions quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the full technical onboarding and implementation process for new enterprise SaaS customers.
- Act as the main point of coordination between customer technical stakeholders and internal engineering/data teams to design and carry out data ingestion approaches.
- Handle sophisticated data needs, including guiding ontology mapping work so customer data aligns correctly with AI models.
- Build, run, and track detailed delivery plans with clear milestones, timelines, and customer commitments.
- Work closely with the Business Developer to ensure a clean transition from sales into delivery and alignment on customer objectives.
- Develop repeatable onboarding methods and playbooks that lower friction and make future implementations faster.
- Resolve early-stage data integration issues and help move customers smoothly into regular platform usage.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional project management credentials such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are considered a strong advantage.
- Additional learning or certification in Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Database Management is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical delivery, SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
- Demonstrated success onboarding B2B enterprise customers with substantial data integration needs.
- Practical exposure to data ingestion pipelines, APIs, ETL workflows, and complex data mapping or ontology mapping.
- Experience partnering with sales or business development teams in a fast-moving, growth-focused technology setting.
- Strong project management ability, including scope control and keeping complex deployments on track.
- Comfort discussing technical concepts such as APIs, data movement, ingestion, and ontology mapping with engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly understand a product portfolio and how multiple modules interact with customer data.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business impact.
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset when dealing with integration challenges.
