The working principles at Incubyte are treated as core expectations and include:

Role Summary
This position is a remote full-time opportunity for a Product Manager with at least 4 years of experience building products that are centered on user needs. The role requires someone who can operate as a true product craftsperson and show a track record of creating measurable business impact.
You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and clients to shape roadmaps, define success measures, and convert business and customer needs into clear guidance for engineering and design teams. You will also manage the product backlog, study product performance, and help steer product decisions through data and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product direction, write product requirements, and keep the backlog prioritized across design, development, and delivery stages.
- Use analysis, reasoning, Excel, and SQL to validate assumptions, study data, and guide product improvements.
- Work with internal teams and clients to set expectations, share progress, and collect feedback through strong communication and presentation skills.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, sales, and support teams to evolve the product and align strategy with implementation.
- Translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements for the delivery team.
- Support product documentation and assist in sales and pre-sales activities where needed.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related product-focused role.
- Hands-on experience in Agile and Extreme Programming environments, ideally with continuous deployment.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts to support product strategy and collaboration with technical teams.
- Excellent consultative, listening, and presentation skills for working with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including comfort working with Excel and SQL.
- High attention to detail when preparing product documentation and coordinating pre-sales support.
Benefits and Perks
- A dedicated budget for learning and development.
- Full sponsorship and support for conference speaking opportunities.
- Access to projects that use modern AI technologies.
- Leave policies designed to support balance and recovery.
- Medical and term insurance coverage for employees and their families.
- Additional benefits that support well-being and professional growth.
Work Environment
The company follows a remote-first model with structured flexibility. Team members can choose where and how they work, while still maintaining a consistent rhythm during core working hours to support collaboration and timely delivery.
Twice a year, the team meets in person for two-week sprints, and there is also an annual retreat. Travel costs for these gatherings are covered by the company. Collaboration is reinforced through daily pair programming, shared problem-solving, and ongoing mentorship.
Equal Opportunity
Incubyte is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace for people from all backgrounds.
