The brand aims to become a preferred destination for busy, health-conscious guests looking for convenient food options made with quality and care.

The team is expanding and looking for a Procurement Specialist to support the café’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable vendors, compare offers, and negotiate favorable pricing, quality, and delivery arrangements.
• Oversee purchasing for food items, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
• Prepare and track purchase orders to help ensure deliveries arrive on time.
• Watch inventory movement and work with kitchen and café teams to keep stock at the right level.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with both current and potential suppliers.
• Review supplier quotations and spot ways to reduce costs while keeping standards intact.
• Confirm that purchased goods align with company quality expectations and food safety standards.
• Keep procurement files accurate, including supplier details and purchase-related records.
• Work with the Finance team on invoices, payments, and reconciliation activities.
• Track market developments and discover new products and suppliers that can benefit the business.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong capability in negotiation and clear verbal and written communication.
• Good planning and organizational skills, with a careful eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle several tasks and priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exposure to inventory tracking and procurement software or systems.
• Experience with Foodics would be considered an advantage.
• Strong English fluency.
