Position Summary

The Procurement & Logistics Executive is entrusted with managing the entire supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, import, storage, and distribution of materials vital for the company's projects. The role requires maintaining competitive sourcing, timely deliveries, and effective inventory handling from suppliers to warehouse and end customers. Close collaboration with Sales, Projects, Warehouse, Finance, and suppliers ensures material availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities to guarantee on-time availability of products and services.
  • Review and sanction purchase orders in line with company policies and authority limits.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring their performance on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
  • Identify and implement improvements to procurement efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound logistics, including coordinating sea, air, and road shipments.
  • Coordinate both international and local deliveries to warehouses and project sites, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and accurate documentation.
  • Track shipment status actively, addressing delays and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs agents to facilitate smooth goods movement.
  • Oversee warehouse operations in partnership with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure effective receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch.
  • Conduct regular audits and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Warehouse teams to align material supply with project demands and customer obligations.
  • Advise internal teams on supplier lead times, shipment schedules, and expected arrivals.
  • Continuously review and enhance procurement and logistics workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
  • Validate supplier and freight invoices before forwarding them for payment processing.
  • Support Finance in inventory reconciliations and related reporting.
  • Monitor procurement spending and assist in cost control initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience managing international shipments and supplier partnerships.
  • Background in construction, interiors, fit-out, or similar fields is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with ERP, purchasing, or warehouse management software.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
