Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tests and procedures while keeping the phone queue moving efficiently
• Work across departments to support smooth clinic operations
• Help sustain a strong service culture with patients, caregivers, and vendors
• Deliver professional, helpful support to callers and patients
• Support appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination when needed

Requirements

• Must live within 90 miles of Chattanooga, Tennessee
• Strong verbal communication skills for handling calls
• Well-developed organization and attention to detail
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple teams
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative work is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, especially orthopaedics or sports medicine
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior customer service experience
• Experience using scheduling tools or software
