About the Role
The Principal Advisor, Executive Services supports the Manager and Director of Executive Services in running a central coordination function. The role helps ensure business systems and reporting processes are efficient and effective, while also overseeing the tracking, review, coordination and delivery of ministerial and agency documents, activities and major projects that align with TIQ’s strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Support executive services operations through coordinated business systems and reporting processes.
- Help manage the preparation, monitoring, review and delivery of ministerial and agency documents.
- Assist with the coordination of activities and significant projects that support TIQ’s direction.
- Work across a complex and varied portfolio with competing priorities.
- Contribute to a connected, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications and Requirements
No formal qualification is required for this position. However, experience in international business, or a qualification in international business or a related discipline, will be viewed favourably.
