Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the school.
• Lead and drive school improvement initiatives with a clear strategic vision.
• Provide inspirational leadership to staff, students, and the wider community.
• Develop and implement a school improvement plan based on data analysis and classroom observations.
• Monitor and evaluate school performance, including the quality of teaching and learning.
• Foster an environment that promotes outstanding teaching, effective learning, high achievement, and positive behavior.
• Cultivate strong community links, including with businesses, to enhance the curriculum and educational experiences.
• Refine staff performance management systems, incorporating goal setting and individual development plans.
• Develop an organizational culture where all staff feel valued and accountable for the school's success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts in Education or a relevant Bachelor's degree with a teaching qualification is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Education, Education Leadership, or an equivalent professional qualification such as NPQH is required.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the education sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within an educational institution.
