The role sits within Brand Creative at the London head office and is responsible for making sure all deliverables are completed on schedule, aligned to brand standards, and delivered within budget.
Working across creative, production, and marketing teams, this position acts as the key link between project management and creative stakeholders. The Post Producer will organize workflows, timelines, resourcing, and external vendor relationships while ensuring every output meets the brief, the brand direction, and the required quality level.
The company is a global British skincare business founded in 1989 with a strong presence in the UK and U.S. and an expanding international footprint. It is also a certified B Corp, with a stated focus on creating effective products and experiences while supporting the planet and communities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of post-production delivery from the first brief through final handover for stills and motion work.
- Serve as the main contact for internal teams, sharing key milestones, schedules, budget status, progress, and delivery updates throughout the process.
- Develop, track, and maintain detailed production timelines for multiple shoots and parallel workstreams, ensuring close coordination with creative, production, and marketing partners.
- Source, brief, and coordinate external partners such as agents, post houses, editors, colourists, VFX specialists, and sound professionals, while helping maintain a strong talent network.
- Run review and approval cycles, manage amendment rounds, and keep retouching instructions organized in collaboration with creative stakeholders.
- Oversee all post-production activities including editing, retouching, colour grading, sound, and visual effects.
- Make sure all projects are completed on time, follow the brief, and meet high creative and technical standards.
- Manage archiving and file handover across platforms, following robust naming, format, and file-management practices.
- Support ad hoc retouching requests when the business requires it.
- Look for opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen consistency, and increase efficiency and quality.
- Keep up to date with industry changes, new technologies, and visual trends relevant to beauty content.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creative post-production, either in-house or agency-side, with a preference for skincare or beauty exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage post-production across multiple formats and channels.
- Solid knowledge of retail and digital marketing channels, including campaigns, ecommerce, social media, email, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Strong problem-solving ability along with excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfort working across several projects at once while keeping tight deadlines in mind.
- Experience leading both smaller jobs and large-scale productions.
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty trends, and wellness.
Benefits
- Discounts on ELEMIS products and spa treatments, along with savings on L’OCCITANE Group brands.
- Enhanced leave support for parents.
- Income protection and life assurance coverage.
- 27 days of annual leave plus an extra day for your birthday.
- Company pension plan.
