About the Role

The Shelford Group, a consortium of leading teaching and research NHS Trusts in England, is seeking a dynamic Policy and Projects Advisor to join its central team. This role is pivotal in advancing the group's initiatives through policy analysis, project execution, and senior-level stakeholder engagement. You will support key member sub-groups, manage significant work programs like outpatient transformation, lead policy development on the 10-year health plan, and contribute to the annual event and other shared objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of driving positive change within the health and care sector.

This position is available as a permanent role or a 12-month fixed-term contract. Applicants interested in both options should indicate this in their application.
