Job description
Role Overview
The Town of Braintree is seeking a Plumbing/Gas Inspector to work from Town Hall. This position is represented by B.P.M.A. and is scheduled to become available on June 22, 2026.
Compensation
The salary grade for this role is M-12, with an annual range of $75,616.32 to $89,606.40.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least five years of experience as a licensed plumber and gasfitter handling a range of buildings, from small homes to large commercial properties. An equivalent mix of education and experience may also be considered.
Licensing
A Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter license is required. A Master Plumber and Gasfitter license is preferred.
