About the Role

This position sits at the crossroads of creator partnerships, content quality, and user growth for a new consumer feed product being developed from the ground up. The role owns the creator and content ecosystem end to end, including creator discovery, relationship management, content sourcing, curation, operational planning, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment and can balance relationship-building with data-led decision-making. The work directly influences how the product grows, how the feed feels to users, and how the wider creator ecosystem develops.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with creators, KOLs, and content providers, starting from outreach and continuing through long-term partnership management.
  • Shape the standard for high-quality feed content and source or produce material that meets that standard.
  • Manage the full content workflow, including curation, production support, supplier coordination, and quality checks.
  • Create and run strategies that improve creator participation, content results, and daily active users.
  • Review content performance data and use the findings to improve formats, themes, and sourcing methods.
  • Support community growth efforts aimed at building engaged creator and user communities.
  • Monitor market trends, creator economy developments, and user behaviour to keep the feed relevant and competitive.
  • Document operating processes, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen the team playbook.
  • Handle the complete creator journey, from onboarding and incubation to engagement and retention.
  • Build KOL plans aligned with the platform’s positioning and growth objectives.
  • Maintain platform compliance and help ensure a safe, high-quality creator environment.
  • Create sustainable monetisation routes for creators on the platform.
  • Design the feed content strategy with attention to quality, localisation, and scalability.
  • Source, onboard, and coordinate with content suppliers, agencies, and licensing partners.
  • Use content ranking and personalisation insights to inform product and engineering discussions.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience across creator operations, content operations, or community management, ideally with exposure to more than one of these areas.
  • A demonstrated history of managing creator or supplier partnerships, including negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Strong judgment for what works in a feed-based content environment and the ability to explain those choices clearly.
  • Comfort with analytics and performance tools, including engagement metrics, A/B testing, and CMS systems.
  • Ability to adapt content and community approaches across markets and cultural contexts.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for complex cross-functional work.
  • A structured, builder-oriented mindset suited to ambiguous and fast-changing settings.
  • Experience working in global or international teams while still keeping a regional focus.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Exposure to launching or scaling a consumer product from zero to one.
  • Background in short-form video, social platforms, or feed-led products.
  • Familiarity with growth loops, virality, and lifecycle content strategies.
  • Experience expanding creator programmes or content operations across multiple countries.
  • Understanding of creator monetisation models and platform economics.
