Job description

About TBH

TBH is an independent consultancy with a long history of delivering specialist project management advice on complex, high-risk, large-scale assignments. Established in 1965, the business supports both public and private sector clients across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and has contributed to more than 8,000 landmark projects. The company is expanding across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East while staying focused on a collaborative, supportive culture and a long-term strategy through 2030.

Role overview

This full-time onsite position is based at the client’s site in Singapore. As a Consultant focused on Planning & Scheduling, you will work directly with client representatives and TBH colleagues to build, manage, analyse, and deliver detailed project plans and schedules for complex programmes. The role is suited to someone with strong planning and scheduling experience, clear communication skills, and a background in delivering complex construction work within data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, heavy industry, or transport infrastructure.

You will support schedule development, monitoring, and reporting to keep project delivery aligned with milestones and programme goals. The position combines technical scheduling work with operational coordination, and offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities that can deepen your expertise.

Key duties

  • Take ownership of project schedules and plans, while supporting the delivery of assigned work in line with client priorities and milestone targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders through clear, consistent communication.
  • Examine project information from multiple inputs and turn it into useful reporting, forecasting, and decision-making insights.
  • Prepare client-facing deliverables such as schedule revisions, analysis documents, reports, and other project outputs.
  • Use recognised planning and scheduling practices to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities across the programme.
  • Create, update, and assess complex schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, and present reporting in a format suited to stakeholder needs.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to keep project information aligned and coordinated.
  • Provide accurate progress updates to senior team members to support reporting and management decisions.
  • Help identify process improvements and practical efficiency gains in planning and reporting activities.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all documents and deliverables.
  • Support schedule baseline development, progress tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Be prepared to work from TBH offices, client locations, and on temporary overseas assignments when required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling roles.
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience delivering complex construction projects in data centre, pharmaceutical, heavy industrial, or transport infrastructure settings.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and analyse detailed Level 5+ schedules.
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
  • Good understanding of project management approaches and project controls principles.
