About the Role
Milano Vice is a fast-growing food-tech startup based in Germany that aims to reshape how pizza is experienced. The company is looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to step into the Pizza Vice Hero role and help deliver memorable moments for guests.
This position is more than serving food: it combines guest interaction, restaurant operations, and brand representation. Depending on your communication ability and language skills, your duties may be shared between the kitchen and the counter. You will play a key part in creating a lively atmosphere and making every visit feel special.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and present Milano Vice menu items quickly, accurately, and with care.
- Deliver a guest experience that feels memorable and encourages repeat visits.
- Suggest menu choices and confidently explain the Milano Vice concept to customers.
- Maintain a clean, structured, and food-safe workplace throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with teammates to keep service efficient and operations running smoothly.
- Contribute positive energy and help sustain the brand’s bold restaurant vibe every day.
Requirements
