Piercing Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Role overview

Lovisa is a fast-fashion retail brand with strong global growth. This position supports the Country Director for the DACH region in building, promoting, and maximizing piercing opportunities for Lovisa customers while staying true to the brand promise. The role is based in Germany and is open to candidates from any location in the country, but it requires significant travel.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Country Director DACH to deliver measurable targets and roll out the piercing strategy across your markets.
• Maintain a strong sales focus and drive weekly KPIs, with a core emphasis on in-store selling and revenue growth.
• Represent Lovisa Piercing as a brand ambassador.
• Support Lovisa brand events; enthusiasm for the product, piercing, and the brand is essential.
• Train and develop store teams while building excitement around piercing.
• Assist with training rollouts and store opening sign-offs.
• Ensure full compliance with all learning and development modules across your assigned markets.
• Work flexibly across multiple locations in the country and be prepared to travel extensively, typically 4 to 5 working days per week.

• You have a genuine passion for piercing, ideally backed by professional experience with device-based piercing.
• You have experience improving sales performance and other retail KPIs.
• You communicate confidently at all levels.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are interested in the beauty, piercing, or jewellery sector.
• You focus on solutions and practical possibilities rather than obstacles.
• You work with urgency and understand the pace of retail.
• You are committed, positive, and eager to learn, bringing your own energy to the role.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role is between €30,000 and €70,000, depending on region, sales volume, and experience.
