- Annual funding support for professional learning and study.
- Reimbursement of professional registration and APC costs, with pro-rating possible for part-time hours.
- Clear development routes for those interested in moving into leadership.
- Regular clinical guidance, feedback, and mentorship from managers.
- A strong team environment with social events, weekly treats, and recognition awards.
- Wellbeing support including an annual eye test, flu vaccination, and full access to EAP services.
- Access to Heidi notes, an AI medical scribe designed to reduce documentation time and support clinical focus.
- Opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses through an uncapped incentive programme.
Candidate profile
The role suits a registered physiotherapist who is confident working with varied clients and committed to delivering quality rehabilitation outcomes. Experience with ACC contracts, pain management, and Training for Independence would be an advantage.
