Job description

Job summary

This position brings together photography, videography, editing, production coordination, and print-related workflows. The Photographer/Videographer/Editor will handle shooting, editing, converting, and organizing content into the correct folders. At times, the role also includes helping craft titles, descriptions, captions, and tags for photo and video assets.

Responsibilities

  • Review client onboarding materials and supporting details to understand project needs.
  • Sort and manage shared multimedia folders received from clients.
  • Build quarterly and yearly content calendars aligned with each brand’s opportunities.
  • Arrange headshot sessions, staff lifestyle shoots, product photography, facility coverage, and similar assignments.
  • Handle end-to-end shoot planning and execution, including scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, filming, editing, color correction, and audio work.
  • Create strong photo and video assets for paid advertising, organic social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Continuously research client requirements and develop fresh campaign ideas suited to those needs.
  • Investigate specific capture requirements so the final output matches the team’s and client’s goals.
  • Keep up with social media trends and adjust creative style accordingly, including short-form reels, trending TikToks, and UGC-style content.
  • Organize, reuse, and adapt client-provided or internally captured photos and videos across different platforms.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in digital cinematography, film, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong working knowledge of editing tools such as Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with filming, directing, and editing video content.
  • Comfortable using both PC and Mac systems.
  • Experience operating DSLR cameras along with video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Able to perform well in a creative, high-energy, and fast-moving setting.
  • Well organized, able to juggle priorities, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into finished content.
  • Can work independently when needed while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
