What you will do

In this role, you will provide an excellent customer experience that goes beyond handing out prescriptions. You will use your pharmacy knowledge to offer helpful advice, ease customer concerns, and contribute to a welcoming, personable service that encourages repeat visits.

You will also support the pharmacy team as a first contact for customer questions, sharing useful information, highlighting relevant health services, and helping customers understand how the pharmacy can support their wellbeing. Small, thoughtful interactions and clear communication will be important parts of your day-to-day work.

Working style

You will build strong working relationships with the pharmacy team, exchange knowledge to improve customer support, and act on customer feedback to help raise standards further. Accuracy, care, and a genuine focus on customer needs are central to the role.
