Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring a full-time pharmacist for its Pharmasave location in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. The store serves as a local health and wellness destination and is open Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and statutory holidays closed.

Position Details
- This opportunity is open to new graduates.
- The schedule can be up to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will provide safe, effective, and appropriate medication therapy while supporting a positive environment for both employees and customers. This role is important for maintaining strong standards in patient care, customer experience, and pharmacy workflow.
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services such as medication reviews and disease management support.
- Create care plans, complete follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation.
- Administer immunizations.
- Evaluate whether drug therapy is suitable and appropriate.
- Support and track medication adherence.
- Gather and record relevant patient, medication, and condition-related information.
- Suggest over-the-counter products and vitamins when appropriate.
- Respond to patient questions that require clinical judgment, therapeutic knowledge, or assessment.
- Oversee a pharmacy student or provisional pharmacist performing restricted activities.
- Carry out additional duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience with Kroll pharmacy software.
- Background working in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
