Position Overview
Hochschule Heilbronn is seeking a Personalreferent*in for its Heilbronn location under reference number 321-PA. The role focuses on end-to-end HR support for a defined area and involves working with a broad range of employee groups, including professors, staff under collective agreements, and civil servants.
Key Responsibilities
The position covers the full scope of personnel work, from recruiting and hiring through to employee exit processes. You will cooperate closely with university leadership, managers, employee representatives, and designated officers. A further part of the role is helping shape and improve HR processes and using central HR information systems in day-to-day work.
Profile and Qualifications
Applicants should have completed studies at a university of public administration or in business administration with a focus on human resources. Early professional experience in HR is preferred. The role also requires knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining law, civil service law, and employee representation law. A service-oriented, solution-focused way of working, enjoyment of complex topics, and strong German and English skills are expected.
