About the role

As a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) in Zirndorf, you will work a 38-hour week in a permanent position with the possibility to start immediately. Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the deployment of temporary staff at client companies.
• Support new customer acquisition and help expand the client base.
• Work closely with recruiters as the main point of contact and information hub for assignment planning and working conditions.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while advising customers on their staffing needs.
• Prepare and manage temporary staffing contracts, and coordinate service agreements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and safety-related requirements, including temporary staffing regulations, assignment limits, equal pay, and industry supplements.

Candidate profile

• Several years of experience in staffing coordination, ideally within the temporary employment sector.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, especially related to employee leasing, payroll, and collective agreement rules.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for professional, solution-focused interaction with employees and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills to plan staffing efficiently and respond quickly to short-notice changes.
• A self-directed, structured working style combined with teamwork skills.
• Confident use of common MS Office tools and HR systems; training on the internal system ZeitarbeitDeluxe is possible.
• A service-oriented mindset and strong commitment to maintaining and developing customer relationships.
