Role Overview

The academy is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Trading Mentor to coach students on financial markets, trading principles, and hands-on market analysis. This person should bring solid trading knowledge, real market exposure, and the ability to explain advanced ideas in a simple, learner-friendly way.

The position includes delivering training sessions, supporting working professionals through one-on-one mentoring, responding to trading questions, and helping learners develop a structured and disciplined approach to trading. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is helpful, though not compulsory. Applicants with strong trading knowledge and clear communication skills are welcome.

Work Details

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam (Vizag). The candidate must be fluent in both Telugu and English.

Responsibilities

• Run live sessions that cover trading concepts and practical strategies.
• Support students throughout their trading learning journey.
• Explain core areas such as stock market basics, technical analysis, price action, chart interpretation, trading psychology, risk management, and trade execution.
• Use real market examples to help learners assess trades on their own.
• Monitor student progress and share feedback through one-on-one online support.
• Maintain an interactive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Keep current with market developments and evolving trading practices.

Compensation

The role offers a fixed monthly pay of ₹25,000, along with performance-linked incentives for each student enrolled and mentored.

Training Tools Requirement

The training program relies on specific trading platforms and tools for practical learning. The candidate should be open to learning these tools, incorporating them into lessons, and showing students how to use them effectively in real situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong grasp of financial markets and trading principles.
• Hands-on experience in equity, derivatives, or similar market segments.
• Excellent communication and presentation ability in Telugu and English.
• Capability to explain concepts to both beginners and more advanced learners.
• Confidence in leading live sessions and resolving student questions.
• Strong analytical thinking with a disciplined trading mindset.
• Punctuality and reliability.

Preferred Background

Applicants with experience as traders, market analysts, or trading coaches will have an advantage. Experience in teaching or training is desirable but not essential.
