Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on personnel, sales, or service, or you bring an equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in staffing, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor law, temporary staffing arrangements, or contract handling is desirable.
  • You are confident using MS Office as well as CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are experienced in dealing with business clients.

Key duties

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships while also actively acquiring new B2B customers in the role of staffing coordinator.
  • Plan and assign employees to client projects.
  • Coordinate staffing needs, deployment times, and qualification requirements with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and assignment-related documents.
  • Maintain customer, candidate, and order data in the internal system.
