Role Summary
The Personal Assistant will deliver high-level executive support and handle a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities to keep business operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on supporting the CEO and executive leadership through day-to-day administration, communication handling, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO and executive leaders, triaging requests and managing priorities.
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar and appointments, ensuring time is used efficiently and all supporting materials are prepared in advance.
- Review incoming matters for the CEO, including confidential or sensitive issues, and determine the right action, referral, or response.
- Handle general administrative work such as official correspondence and travel planning.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO when needed.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Support office administration and management activities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue booking, accommodation, food or restaurant suggestions, and minute-taking when required.
- Help ensure deadlines for corporate and departmental activities are met.
- Assist with personal errands as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
- High school qualification, diploma, or an equivalent credential.
- Between 6 and 10 years of relevant personal assistant experience.
