About the Role

STERRY is a performance-focused growth marketing agency working across crowdfunding and e-commerce. The company has supported clients in producing more than $100 million in measurable online revenue through results-driven strategies. This position is for a Personal Assistant based in the Philippines, serving as a dependable right hand to the executive and helping keep both professional and personal priorities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable managing a fast-moving international schedule with a high degree of accuracy.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee a busy, ever-changing calendar that includes business and personal meetings, appointments, and travel, while making sure all required materials are ready ahead of time.
  • Act as the main contact for incoming emails, calls, and other communications by sorting, prioritizing, and replying on the executive’s behalf when needed.
  • Draft, refine, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal messages.
  • Keep digital and physical records neatly structured and ensure all confidential information is protected carefully.

Personal Support and Coordination

  • Manage private errands, personal tasks, and appointments with tact and efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate special projects and events, both business-related and personal, from the early stages through completion.
  • Serve as a communication link between the executive and a wide range of private and professional service providers and partners.

Qualifications and Work Expectations

  • Applicants must have 8 to 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior-support role in a demanding setting.
  • Candidates must be legally allowed to work and physically based in the Philippines, with strong familiarity with local services and logistics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with calendar and travel management software, is expected.
  • The role calls for strong discretion, dependable handling of sensitive information, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • The person should be proactive, able to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and put solutions in place.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure and during last-minute changes is important.
