Role Overview
Durham District School Board is looking for a permanent teacher to join a Grade 1 classroom in Scugog, Ontario. In this role, you will help build an engaging, caring, and encouraging learning space where young students can develop academically and personally.

Key Duties
- Plan and teach lessons that match the curriculum and support student achievement.

Qualifications and Assignment Details
- Required teaching area: Primary.
- Position fraction: 1.0 FTE.
- Assigned grade: Grade 1.
- An Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certificate in good standing is required.
- For elementary permanent roles, the salary range is $53,352 to $119,967 per year, with placement on the grid determined by QECO rating and teaching experience. Pay is adjusted proportionately based on the FTE.
