Job description
About the Role
Ski.com is a leading provider of tailor-made ski vacations and mountain travel experiences. The Performance Marketing Manager will own paid acquisition strategy, campaign delivery, measurement, and optimization across a portfolio of travel brands.
This position suits a data-driven marketer who enjoys experimentation, solving complex performance problems, and improving results through continuous testing. The goal is to generate qualified leads, bookings, and revenue while strengthening campaign efficiency through insight-led decision-making.
Paid Media Execution
- Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
- Handle campaign buildout, audience setup, budget distribution, bid management, and day-to-day optimization.
- Run ongoing A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
- Create seasonal campaigns tied to resort partners and major promotions, with spend forecasts aligned to booking patterns and demand periods.
- Track results closely and recommend changes that improve lead quality, bookings, and return on ad spend.
- Partner with creative and content teams to identify top-performing messages and ad ideas, then scale them.
Analytics, Tracking, and Attribution
- Maintain and support GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and related tracking tools.
- Make sure UTM naming conventions and campaign tracking standards are consistently applied.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems that turn performance data into clear insights for marketing and leadership.
- Review core metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue.
- Work with creative, content, and sales teams to uncover friction in booking funnels and customer journeys.
- Contribute to stronger attribution, cleaner tracking, and better measurement across channels.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience managing paid search, paid social, display, or programmatic campaigns, with a track record of delivering measurable growth. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required. Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Reddit Ads is an added advantage.
The role also requires solid experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting tools, along with a good understanding of attribution, audience targeting, and campaign measurement best practices. A strong analytical approach and the ability to translate data into action are essential, as is experience running A/B tests and optimization programs.
Preferred Experience
- Interest in travel, skiing, snowboarding, or mountain lifestyle brands.
- Background in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and offline conversion tracking.
- Experience using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Basic creative capability or prior experience giving creative direction.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company matching.
- Generous paid time off.
- Flexible remote work arrangements.
- Opportunities to join FAM trips to premium ski destinations.
- Industry-leading travel perks and Pro Deals.
- Health and wellness stipend.
- A workplace culture built around travel enthusiasts and mountain lovers.
Location
This is a fully remote role, open only to candidates based in Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Utah.
