About the Company

New Limits is a performance-focused marketing agency that helps auto repair businesses in the US and Australia grow through Google Ads and conversion-oriented landing pages. The agency works with general auto repair shops, European car specialists, performance and tuning workshops, mobile mechanics, and auto electricians. It currently supports 68+ active clients across the US and Australia and is continuing to expand rapidly.

The team is in a strong growth phase, with revenue projected to cross AUD 2.5M this year and more than 11 new clients being added every month. The company also invests over $50K each month into its own advertising efforts and operates with a distributed team across Australia, Thailand, South Africa, and the Philippines.

Role Overview

This position is for a Google Ads Account Manager who will act as the primary strategist for a portfolio of auto repair clients. The role involves improving campaign performance, guiding clients on growth opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. The first 4–6 weeks will be dedicated to training, onboarding, and learning the company’s systems so you can confidently manage new accounts as they come in.

Working Hours and Timezone

This role is designed for candidates based in Australia or Asia because the majority of clients are in the US and the workday starts early. Australia-based team members are expected to begin around 5:00 a.m., while Asia-based team members should be ready to start around 3:00 a.m. The ideal candidate is comfortable with an early-start schedule and prefers finishing earlier in the day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly Zoom check-ins with clients to review account performance and discuss next steps for growth.
  • Interpret campaign data and connect it to business results such as average order value, lifetime value, and return on investment.
  • Continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Take part in daily team huddles to exchange insights and resolve issues quickly.
  • Serve as a strategic growth partner for clients rather than only managing media buying tasks.
