The company is looking for a driven Performance Marketing Expert who blends analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong growth mindset. This position is centered on scaling campaigns, improving performance through data, and building automated marketing systems that support long-term expansion.

The role goes beyond running standard ad campaigns. It calls for someone who can help build market-leading visibility by using performance marketing, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous optimization to expand Talenta’s reach across Kosovo and Albania.

Mission

You will own digital growth initiatives that strengthen Talenta’s presence in the region. Your work will focus on high-performing campaigns, user acquisition, automation, and strategic marketing execution aimed at increasing visibility, traffic, conversions, and brand recognition.

You will study market patterns, audience actions, competitor activity, and campaign results, then turn those insights into scalable growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage performance marketing and growth activities across multiple channels while continuously refining results through testing, tracking, and optimization.

• Plan, run, and improve paid campaigns across Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels
• Enhance key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall acquisition performance
• Review market movements, competitor actions, audience behavior, and campaign data to uncover new growth opportunities
• Create strategies that raise awareness, traffic, applications, employer acquisition, and user engagement
• Build scalable funnels for both business and consumer audiences
• Work closely with content creators, designers, influencers, and management to produce strong campaign concepts
• Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audience segments, and campaign structures
• Track and improve the entire funnel from first impression through conversion
• Spot new channels, trends, influencer opportunities, and growth tactics ahead of competitors
• Design and improve automated workflows for marketing and advertising
• Manage retargeting, segmentation, event tracking, and campaign automation systems
• Use AI and automation tools to improve scaling, creative performance, and ad efficiency
• Refine automated bidding, campaign rules, dynamic creatives, and conversion systems
• Support Talenta’s positioning as a top career platform in Kosovo and Albania
• Contribute to sustainable growth, market expansion, and long-term strategy

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in performance marketing, growth, and data-led campaign optimization.

• Hands-on background in performance marketing and digital growth
• Proven success in scaling online campaigns and improving advertising outcomes
• Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable return on investment
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with marketing metrics and KPIs
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, pixel setup, event tracking, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Experience with marketing automation and advertising automation systems
• Ability to build and improve automated campaign flows and ad structures
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, consumer psychology, funnel optimization, viral growth, and scaling tactics
• Experience using AI tools and automation technologies to improve marketing efficiency
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment while thinking strategically
• Creative approach supported by data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Albanian and English
