Work Model and Location
This role follows a hybrid setup that blends office or client-site work with remote working. The position is based in Riyadh, at KAFD, and includes travel, with the exact frequency depending on client needs, team priorities, and individual circumstances. The working schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sunday through Thursday.
Role Overview
The Performance Improvement team is expanding rapidly, offering a strong opportunity to build a long-term consulting career. The firm works with well-known clients across multiple sectors and also advises leading private equity firms on value creation and transaction-related support. This is a permanent Vice President position reporting to a Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute as part of specialist project teams serving a broad mix of industries, including Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, Aerospace, and Defence.
- Lead and support end-to-end performance improvement engagements, covering operational reviews, supply-chain optimisation, cost reduction, and financial modelling to measure impact and guide decisions.
Requirements
- A master’s degree with a strong academic record is required; qualifications in Business, Finance, or Engineering, or an equivalent foreign degree, are preferred.
- Between 5 and 8 years of consulting experience in a leading international consulting firm.
- Strong capability across supply chain, large-scale transformation, financial modelling, and pricing.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC for client assignments.
- Must have valid Saudi residency, or be eligible to obtain it; administrative support will be provided to secure permits.
- Ability to obtain the necessary permit to travel and work across the EU.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Preparedness to work outside standard business hours when project demands require it.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments, including sitting or standing at a computer for extended periods.
