Compensation and benefits

Work schedule and conditions

• Shift pattern: 4 x 10 hours
• Work takes place in a safety-focused environment
• Employees are expected to work outdoors and in different weather and temperature conditions
• The role involves operating equipment safely in challenging road and driving conditions

Key duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the main contacts at each customer location while representing PepsiCo professionally
• Deliver products accurately and on time, and unload items as requested by the customer
• Handle invoices and complete daily account settlements
• Restock and rotate products in different settings and maintain merchandising standards at all locations
• Create product displays and install promotional materials such as signs and banners
• Complete all required paperwork with accuracy
• Carry out all assigned work safely, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws and transportation rules

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 50 lbs repeatedly during an 8 to 10 hour shift
• Capability to move heavy loads manually and with equipment, using a broad range of physical coordination, flexibility, and strength

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with customers
• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent
• Valid Class 1 CDL driver’s license in good standing, along with a safe driving record
• Good physical fitness
• Self-driven and able to work with limited supervision

Preferred assets

• Ability to work longer shifts and overtime when needed
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle
