Where you'll work
Job description
Role overview
As a People & Talent Intern at Lyceum, you will partner closely with the Growth & Operations Manager and play an active role in strengthening the team behind the company’s growth. This is a hands-on position where you will take responsibility for meaningful parts of the hiring process, including finding candidates, managing communication, and helping ensure that the right people join at the right moment.
Lyceum is expanding quickly across engineering, commercial, and operations functions, and this role sits at the center of that expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for open roles through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing.
- Handle candidate communication throughout the process, including outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate interviews across the team and help create a smooth experience for candidates.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the applicant tracking system and hiring workflows.
- Run initial screening conversations and prepare concise candidate summaries for the hiring team.
- Support employer branding efforts and help present Lyceum effectively to potential talent.
- Assist with onboarding logistics as new team members join.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is currently studying or has recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related discipline. A real interest in people, hiring, and identifying strong talent is important for success in this role.
You should be a clear and reliable communicator who writes well, follows up consistently, and represents the company professionally to candidates. Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative without waiting for constant direction.
Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from the ground up are important. Previous exposure to recruiting, HR, or a startup setting would be a plus.
Why join Lyceum
- Join a highly capable team with engineers from leading hedge funds, major tech companies, AI startups, and top universities.
- Be part of an early-stage opportunity in a rapidly expanding market.
- Take ownership of work that shapes how European AI companies access GPU compute.
- Contribute to a European mission focused on sovereign, GDPR-compliant AI infrastructure for the next generation of deep-tech.
