Role overview
Google’s People Operations team is looking for a People Partner for gTech Ads in Gurugram. This position focuses on helping leaders build strong teams, make sound people decisions using data, and sustain a culture that puts Googlers first. The role combines strategic HR partnership with organizational planning, change enablement, and employee support.

Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 12 years of experience working as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders in global organizations.
- Practical experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong understanding of the processes needed now and in the future to continuously improve HR and talent policies and practices.
- Ability to build agreement among internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders, around new ideas and approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable across different audiences, situations, and settings.
