Job description

About Raisin

Raisin is a leading global marketplace for savings and investment products. Established in 2012, the FinTech company connects consumers with partner banks across the EU, the UK, and the US, helping savers access improved interest rates while supporting banks with a diversified refinancing channel. Its long-term goal is to make savings and investments accessible without barriers and unlock the global 160 trillion euro market.

The company has a team of more than 800 employees representing over 75 countries. The platform manages more than 80 billion euros in assets from over one million investors, who have generated more than 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

The People Solutions team acts as the strategic backbone of Raisin’s People & Culture function. It builds secure, scalable, data-led, and compliant infrastructure to support the organization. By connecting business strategy with technology, the team improves HRIS systems to reduce manual effort, uses analytics and AI to inform decisions, and serves as a compliance safeguard by handling audits, policies, and risk.

Role Overview

Raisin is seeking a People Application Manager to take full ownership of the administration of its people applications. This role focuses on keeping HRIS tools and connected systems running smoothly, supporting incident resolution, and ensuring configurations reflect business needs. The position also covers automated account onboarding, identity and access management for people tools, integration support, and detailed documentation of system setup and customisations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and day-to-day ownership of Raisin’s people applications.
  • Keep the HRIS and linked tools operating reliably and serve as the primary contact for resolving incidents within the people tooling environment.
  • Adjust and configure people applications in line with business requirements from People functions and in coordination with People Solutions leadership.
  • Oversee automated user onboarding and identity/access management for people systems.
  • Support the integration of people applications while working closely with People Solutions leadership and relevant partners such as the Enterprise IT team.
  • Maintain clear documentation for system configuration, customisation, and interfaces.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience supported by strong analytical ability.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or application management.
  • Ability to handle incidents and operational tasks within agreed service-level timelines.
  • Solid understanding of people processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • High level of reliability and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; German is considered an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to the company’s tooling stack, especially Personio, is a plus.

Perks & Benefits

  • Annual employee development allowance of €2,000 plus four full training days.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including flexible hours, home office, and 30 days of vacation.
  • Company pension plan supported by a 20% contribution from Raisin.
  • Subsidised Urban Sports Club membership with support of more than €20 per month for access to 50+ sports.
  • Deutschland Ticket subsidy of €25 per month for commuting.
  • JobRad bike leasing with tax advantages, plus monthly insurance costs covered by Raisin.
  • Office snacks, fresh fruit, and drinks provided daily.
  • Relocation support may be available for candidates moving from another city or country.

Additional Information

Raisin values diversity and welcomes applications from people who may not meet every listed requirement but are excited about the opportunity.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and aims to maintain an inclusive workplace regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity.
