- Review payroll queries and unusual cases, resolve issues where possible, and escalate more complex matters while working toward durable fixes.
- Spot opportunities to streamline payroll operations and improve efficiency, precision, service quality, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Assess payroll processes and systems, then recommend and help implement scalable enhancements.
- Contribute to payroll projects such as transitions, implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.

- At least 3 years of experience in payroll operations, ideally including multi-country payroll exposure within EMEA.
- Practical experience with payroll systems, strong Excel capability, and ADP knowledge considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of payroll procedures and the relevant statutory, tax, and social security rules across different countries.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle several payroll cycles and deadlines at once.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilience and adaptability to work with changing payroll requirements across EMEA countries.
- Fluent English is essential; German and other European languages are beneficial.
