Role Overview
The HR administration team is based in Stuttgart, and the position can be carried out almost entirely from home. However, occasional travel to Stuttgart is required.
What You Will Do
- Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing for a defined employee group in SAP.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to the company’s continued development.
- Work with the team on monthly and annual closing activities and support tax audits.
- Serve as the contact person for employees on labor law, social security, and payroll tax matters, and manage time administration.
Profile
- At least one year of experience in payroll accounting with SAP HCM is preferred; fully closed payroll processing experience is not mandatory.
- Experience with payroll for company pensioners is an advantage.
- Background in operational human resources management is welcome and helps with a broader understanding of HR processes.
- Sound knowledge of employment law, tax law, and social insurance regulations is expected.
- Confident use of SAP HCM, ideally additional SAP modules, and MS Office is important for the role.
- You should bring strong commitment, a collaborative mindset, and a self-directed, structured, and dependable working style.
