Paver / Cobblestone Installer (M/F/O)

About the role

We are looking for two experienced paving specialists for work in Germany, in the Bremen area, for a trusted client. This is a good fit for people who want to start quickly and value stable conditions, clear rules, and well-organized support during the assignment.

Compensation and financial terms

• Net earnings are expected to be between €2,700 and €3,000 per month, depending on the length of the month and the number of days worked. The average is around €2,850 net monthly, based on 21 working days and 8 hours per day.
• The base rate is €14.00 gross per hour, plus a €28 daily allowance for each worked day of at least 8 hours, along with mileage reimbursement.
• Weekly salary advances of €200 are provided, with the first advance available after one completed week of work.
• Pay is issued on time, on the 15th day of each month.
• The role is offered under German employment conditions, with full health and social insurance and legal, secure employment.
• Housing is fully arranged and equipped, so there is no need to handle accommodation logistics yourself.
• Support is available from the company’s office in Poland, including remote help if any issues arise.
• Travel reimbursement includes: transport from Poland to Germany at €0.30/km up to €200 once per month when a full month is worked, and commuting from accommodation to the worksite at €0.30/km up to €20 per day.

What you will do

• Carry out complete installation and finishing of paving surfaces made from cobblestones, slabs, and stone, such as driveways, sidewalks, and parking areas.
• Prepare the work area before paving begins.
• Lay out, shape, and finish paved surfaces.
• Fill joints and complete finishing work.
• Install kerbs, edging, and palisades, and help build drainage elements and channels.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a paving specialist is required.
• Own car is mandatory.
• Knowledge of German is required.
• Ability to work independently and a strong willingness to work are expected.
