Role overview

Join the hospital support team at Erlanger Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga, TN as a Patient Escort. In this role, you help patients feel comfortable and supported while safely moving them to the right locations. Your work plays an important part in the patient experience and overall care environment.

Schedule and location

This position is based at Erlanger Baroness Hospital (63112020). Work schedules can vary, including different shifts and days/hours. Having open availability is preferred, and further scheduling details will be shared during the interview.

What you will do

• Safely transport patients using walking assistance, wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds.
• May also move patients or deceased individuals within a hospital, senior living community, or another medical facility.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
• Carry out other assigned duties as business needs and client requirements change from site to site.

What you should bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Pay and employment details

This role offers a pay range of $14.00 to $17.00 per hour. The position may be available as full-time or part-time.
