About the Role
Endodontic Associates of Michigan - Clinton Township is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing practice. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic endodontic office setting. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and genuinely enthusiastic about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, creating a positive and memorable first impression for all patients and visitors.
- Seamlessly manage the transition between patient needs and administrative duties.
- Address patient concerns and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Ensure all guests and visitors feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival at the dental office.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls, directing them appropriately or taking detailed messages.
- Process, sort, and distribute incoming emails.
- Keep all records and files current and organized.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-stocked front desk area with all necessary supplies.
- Assist with other general office duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is required.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine desire to assist patients.

Eligibility
This role is open to candidates with prior dental or medical office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a high school diploma. A customer service orientation and a desire to help patients are essential.
