Key Responsibilities
- Convert important healthcare details and test requests from paper or digital forms into the database with strong accuracy.
- Check incoming orders for completeness and follow up when required information is missing.
- Maintain efficient and reliable data throughput while preserving quality standards.
- Follow all applicable CLIA and HIPAA rules and procedures.
- Assist the Customer Success team by addressing and helping prevent customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with data entry.
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using Windows and web browsers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months to one year of experience in a medical environment.
- Faster typing speed is an advantage.
