About the Role

This position sits within the molecular diagnostics and precision medicine space and focuses on making sure patient and test-order information is entered correctly and handled with care. The role supports accurate healthcare data processing, helps maintain quality patient experiences, and contributes to better outcomes in a highly specialized and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert important healthcare details and test requests from paper or digital forms into the database with strong accuracy.
  • Check incoming orders for completeness and follow up when required information is missing.
  • Maintain efficient and reliable data throughput while preserving quality standards.
  • Follow all applicable CLIA and HIPAA rules and procedures.
  • Assist the Customer Success team by addressing and helping prevent customer issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience with data entry.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort using Windows and web browsers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months to one year of experience in a medical environment.
  • Faster typing speed is an advantage.
