Role overview
Listers Group is looking for a Parts Manager to join its Volvo dealership in Leamington Spa. This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of the business, working closely with sales, service, customers, and workshop teams.
The position runs Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with Saturdays worked on a rota between 8:30am and 1:00pm. The package includes a basic salary of up to £35,000, bonus potential, a company car, and an on-target earnings figure of £38,000.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the parts department, covering trade parts sales, retail customer sales, and supply to the workshop. The role suits someone who is highly motivated, focused on customer service, and comfortable working in a busy main dealer environment.
This opportunity may suit an existing Parts Manager looking to join a leading dealer group, or a senior parts professional ready to step up into a management position.
Key duties
- Oversee routine operation of the parts department and ensure smooth daily performance.
- Manage trade parts sales, internal retail sales, and workshop parts supply.
- Carry out department reviews and lead management activity.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting information.
- Support staff development and team capability.
- Maintain a strong focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
- Complete daily and weekly stock checks.
Working pattern and pay
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, plus Saturdays on a rota from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Pay includes a basic salary of up to £35,000, bonus earnings, a company car, and total on-target earnings of £38,000.
