About the role
You will work within the parts team to provide accurate and efficient parts support across the business. The role involves dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders while managing counter sales, telephone enquiries and order processing.

- Receive incoming stock and manage receipting as well as branch-to-branch transfers.
- Answer enquiries from customers and internal teams by phone and email.
- Support counter sales by assisting customers and offering parts guidance.
- Help identify and source the correct parts to meet customer needs.
- Provide parts support to the workshop and sales teams.
- Keep records accurate and complete updates in the system.
- Work in line with safety, quality and company procedures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should bring prior experience in a Parts Salesperson or Parts Interpreter position. Strong customer service skills, clear communication and the ability to stay organised are essential.
You should also be professional and approachable, work well with others, and be comfortable in a fast-moving, high-volume setting. A proactive mindset for resolving issues and responding to customer needs is important, along with a genuine commitment to great service.
