About the Role
Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland is expanding its motor factor network under the NAPA Auto Parts brand. With a long history dating back to 1925, NAPA has grown into a globally recognized automotive parts name, and the business is now bringing that scale and reputation further into the Irish market. This role is based in Cork and offers the chance to contribute to the growth of a brand that is building its presence locally while being part of a much larger international network.
This is a strong opportunity for motivated automotive professionals who want to help establish and grow the business in Ireland. You will be working from the Cork location at Unit 21, Southside Industrial Estate, Pouladuff Road, Lehenagh Beg, Cork, Ireland, T12 H958.
What You Will Do
- Handle customer orders for car parts through both telephone and counter interactions, while also identifying opportunities to increase the value of each sale.
- Make outbound calls to build awareness among customers and support sales growth.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with local customers.
- Promote current offers, price reductions, and customer competitions.
- Help reduce credits and returns by ensuring the correct parts are ordered and supplied the first time.
