Role Overview

The Saskatchewan team is hiring a Parts Advisor to support its expanding operations. This role is focused on helping customers find the right vehicle parts, managing orders accurately, and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and placing orders for the correct vehicle parts.
  • Work closely with service technicians and colleagues to make sure parts are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Stay current on parts catalogues, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and customer updates on order progress.
  • Respond to customer questions, share product details, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory, order history, and customer communications.
  • Generate and prepare parts invoices.
  • Keep the workspace neat, organized, and presentable.
  • Inspect returned parts to determine whether they are defective.
  • Replace defective parts or issue refunds when required.
